Bug Description
At the moment, it's possible to register mirrored branches that are mirrored from Launchpad. Launchpad will not mirror these branches ever. The UI should prevent people from registering such branches.

It is no longer possible to create new code mirrors - we support bzr code imports instead now - but code imports have the same issue. I've marked this bug as a dupe of the similar bug for code imports.
