Bug Description
A while back I subscribed to bug updates from xserver-xorg source package under the Ubuntu distribution. After a while I decided I didn't really want to receive all of that traffic, but discovered that it was very difficult to unsubscribe because I couldn't remember the exact Launchpad page I had used to subscribe.
To begin with, there was no unsubscribe link in the emails I was getting.
The email headers said the rational for sending me the updates was due to my subscription to xorg-server, but when I found the xorg-server in launchpad I discovered I wasn't subscribed to it. It took me a while but eventually I realized there were probably two representations for xorg-server in Launchpad including one for the source package in Ubuntu which was what I had subscribed to originally.
What Launchpad desperately needs is a centralized subscription management feature, so I can see all of my subscriptions in one place and control them.
Cheers,
Liraz
Thanks for this report. However, it's a duplicate of three other bug reports. The lack of an unsubscribe link in mail notifications is bug 48863. The lack of a link between project and package Bugs pages is bug 3152. And the lack of a centralized list of subscriptions is bug 110953.
