Bug Description
Use case:
I want to be able to filter "I reported this bug and a triager is replying to ask me for more information" separate from "A bug reporter is replying to a request for more information."
Request:
Add X-Launchpad-
This should be set in both of the following cases:
1. I reported this bug
2. I reported a duplicate of this bug
