Citing question 64696:
I'm confused as to how I actually _write_ a blueprint. "Summary" says it's only for one paragraph of text, and the only other relevant input I see is a link to a wiki page. Do I have to write a wiki page and then link to it, and if so does Launchpad provide a wiki? Or am I missing something else here?
This feature may be very useful for small projects which don't have any external site as well as bigger projects which just want a better integration of documentation with launchpad.
