IArchive.getPublishedSources() should take a superseded_since_date kwarg

Bug Description

IArchive.getPublishedSources() should take a superseded_since_date kwarg, like the new published_since_date. This should filter on datesuperseded, so I can easily have my application watch for superseded and deleted packages.
