Unify faults for resolve_lp_path

Currently resolve_lp_path can raise all sorts of Faults to do with some object or another not being found on Launchpad. This makes the code complex and doesn't add much benefit to client code. We should raise one fault, and make sure that fault includes information on both the object that was missing and what kind of object Launchpad thought it was.
