Too easy to spam branch subscribers with entire branch history

Bug Description

If you push --overwrite to a branch, all subscribers of that branch[1] will receive a single email for every revision -- out of order!

[1] For people subscribed to revision notifications.

Well, now the revisions will come in order, but this is expected behaviour.

Whether it's expected or not, I don't think it's desirable behaviour.
