Bug Description
When one finishes making a merge request it takes you back to the screen talking about the merge. When you're at this screen for the first time it doesn't have a diff, because it hasn't been constructed. But, there's no way to know that it is getting built and will be available shortly. I didn't realize that merge requests had diff's for quite a while as I didn't look at them more than when they were initially created. I think that at the bottom it should just have the diff header with an "under construction" type message until it is created.
Thank you.

I've had this in my head for ages. It's a pretty big flaw that we don't tell the user we're generating the diff. We should go as far as showing text and an icon explaining that it's being processed.
I have such an icon in the pipeline already.
