Bug Description

hal-cups-utils 0.6.19+git20090217-0ubuntu3 was built twice in Jaunty on ia64 - it was successfully published the first time but the upload hander naturally crashed the second time due to a unique DB constraint.

The build in question is https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hal-cups-utils/0.6.19+git20090217-0ubuntu3/+build/903953 (it was retried after failing to upload, but should fail to upload again soon). At the moment its status is 'Needs building (DONE)', which indicates that something is fairly wrong.

I'll attach the upload and traceback log (originally at http://launchpadlibrarian.net/23852918/upload_903953_log.txt), as they are no longer linked to and will probably be GCed soon enough.

It was a buildd-manager hiccup. I've fixed the build (successfully built) and will investigate why this is happening.
