Bug Description
The Ajax bug summary editing widget does not properly produce a JSON string - it just throws the Unicode characters in there. That's not right, and means one cannot put anything non-ASCII in a bug summary any more.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https:/
2. Edit the bug summary and include non-ascii characters: ééé
3. Click the green button to save
4. You're not allowed to save and the following error message is displayed: Entity-body was not a well-formed JSON document.
