issue with bug url when project name changes

Bug #333031 is currently associated w/ the python-earth project, but the bugs redirect url points to the old/previous project pynoaa. (I believe pynoaa was original project name, I'm not sure if it was "renamed" to python-earth, or if a new project was created and the bug re-assigned to it)

Hitting https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/333031 (from say the bugs atom feed for python-earth
http://feeds.launchpad.net/python-earth/latest-bugs.atom) redirects to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/pynoaa/+bug/333031 which returns the Launchpad "Lost something?" / 404 style page. Changing pynoaa to python-earth allows accessing the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-earth/+bug/333031
