translation page should show old translations

Bug Description
On the translations page I see lots of suggestions when translating. But when a string has been changed I don't see them anymore.
There should be an option to show suggestions from other projects as well as older translations of the same string in the current project. So when e.g. someone changed a string it is easy to get the old string back. Currently you need to find an olf .po file and copy the string from there.
The string must be still in the system, as afterwards the correct dates are displayed, so please make the string available form UI as well.

Agreed. We should make this available from the "zoomed in" view so as not to clutter the interface. We've discussed a bit of this during our UI sprint last week.
