new two column view shows closed bugs in overview

Bug Description

in the new two column view of malone for me 183 bugs are shown in the list if i click "Assigned to me" in the portlet on the right ... the portlet only reports 73 bugs (which is the right value)
it seems that the list also shows all closed bugs that were ever assigned to me.
it should show only open bugs

I can't reproduce this. <https://launchpad.net/people/ogra/+assignedbugs> lists only 65 bugs, and it has no portlet with bug counts in it. Which page are you looking at, Oliver?

try:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bugs
and click on the "assigned to me" link in the portlet ... you'll see the discrepancy
