Bug Description
When the user files a comment which has more than some arbitrary number of lines then malone should offer to file the comment as an attachment instead.
E.g. when a user pastes an strace into a bug instead of attaching it, malone could offer to attach the comment instead of putting it inline.
This would seriously improve usability for people who get bugs filed in malone.
Also a way to convert a comment to an attachment would be really useful, so that when someone does cock it up E.g. in bug 32650 the maintainer can clean it up
