Bug Description
Launchpad occasionally sends out email, such as the following:
Colin Watson (cjwatson) has accepted the invitation to make Ubuntu Core
Development Team (ubuntu-core-dev) a member of MOTU (motu).

here, the URL supplied in the comment field has been wrapped before sending at a hyphen. This means that the referenced URL cannot be easily opened.
Ideally Launchpad would not wrap URLs, even if it leads to overly-long line lengths.

Depending on how much Launchpad's mail-sending code is shared, this may be a duplicate of bug 28649.
