We need a page showing the details of a HWDB submissions

This page should display the devices mentioned in the submission, showing the device hierarchy as seen by HAL like so:

Don't know how much of this will stay relevant, HAL is being removed from Lucid, but will check up on the status of checkbox, and then we can decide the next logical step.

Checkbox already does not rely on HAL, and Launchpad's HWDB can already handle the new data submitted by Checkbix.

should have a working procedure soon.
