All unmerged revisions aren't shown for merge proposals

Bug Description

A merge proposal page has a section called "Unmerged revisions". I would expect that to contain all unmerged revisions, but it seems to have a limit of ten revisions?

Either the section should show all unmerged revisions, or be renamed to make it clear it's only the ten most recent ones.

Since the count of unmerged revisions is arbitrary this isn't trivial (to do properly) but a collection with constraint batching should perform well and let them all be paged through using an expander. This is just glue, so estimating as easy.
