Timeout when translating gnome-panel

Bug Description

Launchpad give me timeout when I try this URL:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+source/gnome-panel/+pots/gnome-panel-2.0/id/+translate

The reference for this error is OOPS-55B158

I belive that package doesn't enter rosetta yet, at least not in Dapper
