Bug Description
The specification tracker tool in LP should know about tracks, that is a list of discussion themes that are going to take place in the respective Sprint.
So, for instance when searching through the list of specs for discussion, we should be able to group them by the product they are created for. When listed, should maybe ask user to choose among those available tracks. Currently it looks like UBZ's specs are all listed together which doesn't make it easy to spot out those related to Ubuntu, Edubuntu, LP and so on..

this ofcourse applies only to listing all specs enlisted under a specific "Sprint"
