Timeout when trying to assign a bug to someone

Bug Description
Today it happened twice to that when I try to assign a bug to someone (no other changes), launchpad times out. A retry immediately afterwards does work.
OOPS-53C161 is the second timeout, I lost the OOPS id of the first one.
