Bug Description
Occasionally a high-traffic bug that I have no interest in will find itself affecting a project I'm subscribed to through a team (I'm thinking Ubuntu's backport testing team here). There is currently no way to unsubscribe myself from a particular such bug without removing the reason I'm getting sent the mail in the first place - here a team membership.
It'd be very nice if I could add a negative subscription which simply means "never send me mail for this bug". Just before mails are sent LP would then need to do a set difference operation - subscribed_users \ negative_
