Bug Description
Kiko reports:
Hmmm. So I want to get rid of this guy, but if I visit:

there's no way I can find him except by paginating through madly. Can we
get an easy search put in there? Or something else? I know I can URL
hack..

Idea dump:
- Add the search box on the top of the list
- Make it search irc nicknames, LP userids, (public) email addresses and full names
- Refresh list of members with the results
- AjAX FTW
