Bug Description
Our bug pages have titles like:
Bug #NNNNN in Launchpad Bugs: "summary of the bug starts here..."
If we eliminated the words " in Launchpad Bugs", we'd get to the summary much sooner. That would help a lot when one has multiple browser tabs open, each one on a different bug: because tabs show only as much of the page title as they have room for, starting from the left, a typical row of tabs reveals only the bug numbers and maybe part of the phrase "in Launchpad Bugs" -- the unique, recognizeable part of the bug is not visible, so users have to try different tabs to find the bug they were just at (unless they recognize the number).
(This has some surface similarity to bug #128113, but I don't think they're dups.)
Heck, frankly I'd be okay with eliminating even the "Bug " at the front, to show more of the summary. I mean, no one's going to be confused by a tab that says just:
#317176: "bug page title should show bug-specific part sooner"
(Er, right?)
