Ability to change status not exposed on main bug screen

eg https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/unzip/+bug/31585 , I had to be told that I click under "Fix requested in..." to get to https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/unzip/+bug/31585/+editstatus

I have been cheerfully assuming for *months* that Ubuntu *didn't let me* do anything except add comments to bugs, and so have not been changing titles, reopening or anything else because the lack of the apparent option on that screen made me assume that that was by design and that I couldn't.
