Shows that the mplayer security updates were not sent to the -changes mailing list. This is likely due to the unembargoing process, and affects all security updates since switching to the private PPA.

This is dependent on the work (bug334858) to unembargo via the upload queues (which will give the ability to unembargo via the API as well) so I'm bumping this to the side for now until that work's done.
