Bug Description
It is currently impossible to mark comments made against bugs on Launchpad as spam. Since I received my first notification from launchpad due to a spam comment [1], it seems this is a necessary feature.

Furthermore, maybe a spam filter could be added that checks submitted comments or bug reports before those are published on launchpad.
