Delete / filter spurious or nonsense bounties

The more interesting problem is how to handle this in the future. I'd suggest adding a poll feature to each bounty; periodically somebody could delete bounties where #interest/3 < #kill-this-nonsense (or some similar rule-of-thumb).

I think it's just a matter of adding a disabled status to bounties that can be administratively triggered -- polls seem like a bit of overkill.

I think leaving a blank page to say "this has been deleted" with suitable links out (normal side bar?) would be a good idea, and might even decrease oops (for this page not found) trafic.

Actually this is just misfiled - it may be a valid ubuntu bounty, but it's not for bzr. It would be nice if I could redirect it rather than deleting it.

Is there any reason why project admins can't modify bounties on their projects? Letting them garden it seems simpler than voting and probably sufficient.

This is fixed, in that *all* bounties are now invisible.
