Bug Description
Use case: A Debian maintainer just wants to know about things happening with packages in Ubuntu that he maintains in Debian.
- he should have to possibility to subscribe to actively opt in to notifications about such changes (i.e. if he wants to be notified by email about bugs, uploads, etc)
- mails concerning the packages he maintains are forwarded to him
- he can access a status page, which lists the version of packages found in Ubuntu and in Debian, together with pointers to the list of bug reports filed in Ubuntu.

This should probably be low/wishlist priority now. Interested Debian maintainers can get this information from qa.debian.org. See:
http:// qa.debian. org/developer. php?<email address hidden>
for an example (their server is down at the moment). You can configure the page to provide you Ubuntu package version and bug counts if you want it.
