The formatting for comments pushed to TracLPPlugin bugtrackers should be altered

At the moment, comments pushed to TracLPPlugin bug trackers are formatted thus:

%(comment_author)s added the following comment to Launchpad bug #%(launchpad_bug)s:

%(comment_body)s

Which is fine, except that Trac renders #number as a wiki link to another ticket on that Trac instance (so #264642 will link to /ticket/264642). We can either update emailtemplates/default_remotecomment_template.txt to remove the '#' or we can add a new template for TracLPPlugin (I see no reason not to do the former).
