I was searching for a bug with 'unix2windows' string on:

It returned only one result, bug 1681 as below:
1681. Viewing a translation page fails in unix2newlines
in progress (unassigned) for 1.1
27 weeks old — not filed elsewhere
when I clicked the link, the bug was already assigned to Carlos.
I was expecting the bug being not assigned or the bug listing to show the bug was assigned to Carlos.
