Expand personal Package Report to include subscribed projects

Bug Description

The personal Package Report (at ~username/+packagebugs) only shows information for packages the user is subscribed to. Expanding this list to projects hosted on Launchpad the user is subscribed to would be useful for some users. These two lists should be separate sections, most likely.
