Bug Description
If you edit a team membership and choose an expiry date prior to today, the expiry date will be set to today and that membership will be marked as expired. Although this is not really a problem, we shouldn't allow team administrators to choose an expiry date prior to today.

This actually is the cause behind bug 57300. I'll fix both.
