Solving a question twice in Answers

Bug Description
When supplying a comment after an answer to a question, you can submit it as having answered your question.
The answer status is set to solved, but users are still alerted to clicking on the "This solved my question" button. Clicking on this then submits a second comment which makes the user look like an idiot.

Agreed. Once you've said it's solve, it shouldn't offer you to mark it as such again.
