Disabled test: test_import_subversion

Bug Description

As per our policy,

test_import_subversion has been disabled because it failed in buildbot spuriously. It pass fine locally and suceeded most of the time on buildbot.

The failure seems reasonably impossible. Of course, it's an integration test, so the failure is totally opaque... It might be a left over thread from a previous test or something, but I'm guessing here :(

We should reenable the test, and capture details if it is still flaky.
