Send download emails from "noreply" address

Bug Description

When users request downloads, they receive emails with URLs to where they can get their files. Sometimes they reply to those emails: usually to say "thank you," sometimes to say "now what do I do with this file?" (which they would be better off finding out elsewhere), and rarely if ever with anything else that is going to be useful to either us or them.

It would be more appropriate for these emails to have a "noreply" sender address, so people would know that responding to the email is not required, nor the most effective way of getting more information.
