ProtocolError for xmlrpc while pushing branch

Bug Description
I pushed a branch and got the following error:
fnc80: pdistro-304523 $ bzr push
Using saved push location: lp:~al-maisan/launchpad/pdistro-304523
bzr: ERROR: Server sent an unexpected error: ('error', '<ProtocolError for xmlrpc.
The I broke the lock and pushed the same branch again:
fnc80: pdistro-304523 $ bzr push
Using saved push location: lp:~al-maisan/launchpad/pdistro-304523
No new revisions to push.

I think this happens when the scanner has a lock on the row which causes the XMLRPC to timeout.
We have work planned in this area to make this not happen.
