blueprints need a bulk operation interface

Bug Description

While trying to work through 200 blueprints today ( we noticed the marked lack of a way to do bulk operations on blueprints.

For instance, someone had added a bunch of duplicate blueprints. To get rid of them, we needed to click on each one, then click on Change Status, then select obsolete. The wifi where we were wasn't particularly fast, so this was _very_ tedious.

Changed in launchpad:
status: New → Triaged

I would really like to this have a higher priority. I'm trying edit about 150 of our 200 or so blueprints and the majority of them have similar edits. This is incredibly painful and extremely time consuming to do this one by one

No one works on this project. All blueprint fixes and features need a volunteer to commit to making the changes. The Launchpad engineers can help devise a plan and land the changes.

Well, consider me the volunteer then.

Changed in blueprint:
assignee: nobody → Monty Taylor (mordred)

Thanks Monty. Any engineer on #launchpad-dev can help. Only a few us are subscribed to the blueprint bugs. I am and I can help find the right person when needed.
