sorting by "to translate" would be nice

Bug Description

Have an option to sort the https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/<distro>/+lang/<locale> list by "to translate" would be nice.

The number of strings still to translated for a .po (not by % but by number), so can start by files that have a few items only to be done

The easiest implementation of this might be sorting by increasing number of untranslated. That could encourage translating small packages even if they have low visibility and therefore low priority.
Sebastien, could you have a look at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/rosetta/+spec/column-for-untranslated-strings
and see if that would solve your particular itch? Thanks for reading :)

We have this already, the only problem is that it's sorting a single batch (i.e. only entries on the single page). The missing bit is the infrastructure in LP to support sortings over entire result set instead.
