Bug Description
Launchpad's commit notifications should inform people about bugs fixed by a particular commit, as specified by 'bzr commit --fixes=lp:XXXX'
Our dogfooding has demonstrated that this is a required feature, as currently our policies require us to encode bug fix information in commit messages.
