Bug Description
A (very) new user was reporting a strange install issue here, and I wasn't able to give him an apt:// link. It would be nice if apt://wine (for example) auto-parsed into a link just like http://

This bug was incorrectly filed about the Launchpad Bug Report Tool which is not the appropriate place to file bugs regarding the backend for Launchpad or the web user interface of Launchpad dealing with bugs. Subsequently, I'm changing the project affected to Malone which is the bugs portion of Launchpad.
