Team membership notification doesn't explain why you're receiving it

Bug Description

I just received a mail notification where the entire body text was of this form:
------------
Foo Bar (foobar) has accepted the invitation to make Hum Baz Team
(humbaz-team) a member of Qux Skich Team (qux-skich-team).
<https://edge.launchpad.net/~qux-skich-team>
------------

As described in the UserInterfaceChecklist, the message should explain why you are receiving it. For example: "You are a member of Hum Baz Team (humbaz-team). Foo Bar (foobar) has just accepted an invitation to make Hum Baz Team a member of Qux Skich Team (qux-skich-team)."
