Timeout error when trying to view mc romanian translation

When I try to access this URL: https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+source/mc/+pots/mc/ro/+translate (from Romanian translations of applications in Ubuntu, The Dapper Drake https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+lang/ro) I get the following message:

Other Romanian translation pages seems to work (i.e. liferea, nautilus-cd-burner, gtkhtml3.8, gdm)
