Launchpad pages have hardcoded references to Ubuntu

Bug Description

Some page templates have explicit hard-coded references to Ubuntu.

Launchpad is meant to be distribution agnostic, there references will renforce the notion that Launchpad is Ubuntu specific and will lead to confusion when information from other distributions will be present in the system.

Explicit references to Ubuntu should be turned into:

 * generic references to "an operating system"
 * injection points for a distribution name (that will usually be Ubuntu at the moment).

mrevell pointed me to this bug. Edited IRC log below (I'm too lazy to rewrite this again)

<AnMaster> hm launchpad seems quite ubutntu specific, it should really be more distro neutral
<mrevell> AnMaster: What changes would you like to see to Launchpad to make it more distro neutral?
<AnMaster> Like ubuntuwiki, why would I want that
<AnMaster> If you want a wiki, why not a launchpad wiki instead
<AnMaster> Why force it to be ubuntu wiki
<AnMaster> "This is your wiki name in the Ubuntu wiki. You cannot remove it because without it you won't be able to login there."
<mrevell> AnMaster: Right, I see. The Ubuntu wiki uses Launchpad to authenticate users. Does it get in your way?
<mrevell> AnMaster: You can add other wikis to your Launchpad profile. I'll post a message to the launchpad-users list with your comments. Ubuntu has obviously been a major user of Launchpad since the beginning but more and more projects are now using Launchpad. I'll raise your concerns with the LP team.
<AnMaster> At least it shouldn't list ubuntu wiki at contact details
<AnMaster> Or at least be possible to disable that
<AnMaster> Can't find where to disable it
<mrevell> AnMaster: I think the wiki is listed under contact details as it's an opportunity to tell more people where to find out more about you.
<luks> mrevell, not if it's wiki.ubuntu.com and the person doesn't use it :)

<AnMaster> "Ubuntero: No (apply now) "
<AnMaster> What is that btw?
<mrevell> AnMaster: An Ubuntero is someone who has signed the Ubuntu Code of Conduct.
<AnMaster> Ok so what about <other distro/OS> code of conduct

<AnMaster> mrevell, and another detail, some developers may not be tied to any specific os/distro
<AnMaster> Even though FreeBSD is my primary OS
<AnMaster> I also use OpenSolaris and OpenBSD
<AnMaster> And sometimes even linux (Slackware mainly then)

There may be a few Ubuntu uses in the text that I am not aware if, but I do not think this is an issue. The crucial Ubuntu references were removed with the introduction of the DerivativeDistribution rules.
