Allow closing of all bugs targeted to a milestone

Bug Description
Hi,
If I co-ordinate a release using a milestone, with bugs targeted to it,
then when I release I still have to manually mark all of the bugs as
"Fix Released".
I would like a way to "release" the milestone, that would mark all the open
bugs (or possibly Fix Committed ones) against the milestone as Fix Released.
It could perhaps even take an optional closing message, or just automatically
say "Fixed as part of <milestone name>"

This would be unnecessary if the proposal in bug 294448 was implemented.
