Bug Description
Bug reports with the "needs info" status don't appear by default in an user searches for bugs reported or subscribed to. Only bugs with that are "unconfirmed", "confirmed" or "in progress" appears by default.
This is a confusing default behaviour since these active bugs should be as easy to find than the others.
