"Change your e-mail settings" (+editemails) page is ugly

There are several layout problems in <https://launchpad.net/people/+me/+editemails>:
* Your preferred e-mail address is on the left side, followed by all your addresses (including your preferred one) over near the right side.
* The forms in the three sections aren't lined up with each other: in the "Your e-mail addresses" section they're over to the right, in the "Mailing list subscriptions" section they're near the middle, and in the "Automatic subscriptions to mailing lists" section they're on the left.
* "You're a member of one or more teams with active mailing lists" is gratuitously vague. Launchpad knows exactly how may teams with active mailing lists I'm a member of.
* The "For this mailing list..." heading isn't lined up with the mailing list names.
* "For this mailing list..." and "Subscribe with this address" are different font weights.

This bug report may need splitting up.

It may save time to fix bug 206496 at the same time as this bug.
