"List all documentation" page shows incorrect instructions for adding documentation

Bug Description
The "List all documentation" page references an "Is Informational" check box on the Blueprint "Edit Details" page. This should probably be changed to mention the "Informational" option in the Implementation Status drop down of the "Change Status" page.
