The +reportedbugs page defaults to only showing bugs with statuses in the UNRESOLVED_BUGTASK_STATUSES list.

Currently this means that only bugs that are unconfirmed, confirmed and inprogress will be displayed (the bug you mentioned is in the needinfo state). The comment above this variable states:

# XXX: Brad Bollenbach, 2005-12-02: In theory, NEEDSINFO belongs in
# UNRESOLVED_BUGTASK_STATUSES, but the semantics of our current reports would
