Failure to display member's page - OOPS-18A428

I visited
 https://launchpad.net/people/ubuntumembers/

later I logged in to my existing launchpad account in another Mozilla tab, and became an ubuntero via a bunch of actions.

Later I clicked on the link from the previously visited page
 https://launchpad.net/people/benjamin
and got the text below.

Note that it says I'm not logged on, perhaps because I wasn't logged in
to the page from which I visited it, and/or perhaps due to a bug in
my Mozilla configuration, which occasionally seems to have
cookie problems.

By the way, clicking again on Benjaman's page caused it to load just fine.

This was caused by postgres not being able to serialize access due to concurrent update.

Is there anything we can do about this, Stuart?

Stuart has been marking bugs like this as duplicates of #2088, so I'll do that.
