This problem occurs because the bug URL being provided is a shorthand URL. The full standard Bugzilla URL for this bug is http://
This shorthand form seems to be unique to the Gnome Bugzilla (I can't reproduce it in other, less customised, Bugzillas). The normal form (show_bug.
